all welded up.

driver frame rail and upper control arm bracket removal.

new bracket blasted and ready to go back in. first i will install the upper control are with new bushings installed already. everything will be bolted up and pre-fit. once everything is good, it will be welded into place.

lower control arms painted to look correct.

painted and new parts installed.

all done re welding the upper control arm bracket with a rust free original.

patch on the inner drivers side frame rail.

So i bought this wand that goes on a spray can to get into the inside of a frame rail. I went to do the passenger side rail and couldn't get the wand in the hole in the top of the rail. I knew right away based on the other side what was up. I cut a 1inch square hole in the side of the rail and this is what i pulled out.

all treated inside with etch primer and welded up.

ground down and good as new.

scrapped all the undercoat off the inside front wheel wells.

stripped both sides with a roloc disc.
