I have a second set of 4 holes to the right of my fender tag on my 67 Coronet R/T. Could there have been another trim tag? Or could it be for some accessory someone added? I've always been curious, but never asked anyone?? Look to be spaced to fit the same size as the fender tag. Car was sold new from MR Norm .Did they possibly put some sort of identifier on their cars?

The trim tag (fender tag) was only held on with 2 screws , so 4 ? 67 had a single tag and all info would be on it, 69 was when the tags layout changed and there was the possibility of 2 tags ... plant dependant ... but they would only need 3 holes as the one in the middle was used by both tags. I've only ever seen a sticker used to identify a Mr. Norms car.

Contact Chrysler Historical for your IBM "BUILD RECORD" card it will indicate how the car was built & where the car was shipped when new.
