Your 73 360 came factory with a hydraulic cam. All of the factory pushrods, rockers, and shafts will work. I had a 268/272 duration .455 lift purpleshaft in my 360 that worked great. Little rumble at idle but nothing radical. Make sure you change your valve springs to the ones that match the cam.

I also tried the next on bigger in my 360. Its a 280 duration .474 lift. Ran like hell up top but kinda killed the bottom end. Just not enough compression. Would work nice in a 10 to 1 340 though.
The MP 268/272 is a great all round cam for a low compression, street-driven 360, with good torque and enough power to run 12's in the quarter in a light car with headers and halfway decent gears.
