I plan on buying a used pair in fair condition.
Can you tell me what material they are made out of ? I have some repairing to do.

I believer the main part of the lights are pot metal

Thank you for confirming that. I thought they were pot metal but wasnt 100% sure.
My followup question is whats the best way or ways to repair something like this made of pot metal?

I know it's gonna sound a little hokey, but I actually did a repair on one of those R/T bezels years ago using J.B. Weld and masking tape. I don't have any photos but I remember lightly grinding it out to rough it up a little front and back, cleaning the area with solvent, making my rough shape with some pieces of masking tape and letting the J.B. set up for about 2 weeks so it would get rock hard and then bringing it into shape with differnt discs on a Dremel tool. The finished product after correctly painting the bezel was undetectable. Ironically, it was in one of the screw holes just like yours. I believe there are other products that might work even better but I never tried them. I think one is called All Metal or something like that. Just take your time and I'm sure it will turn out awesome.
