I would like to get a slightly larger diameter crank pulley. My current sb crank pulley measures 7-3/8". I need one 7-7/8" or 8" in diameter. From my research it doesn't appear that Mopar ever offered a sb crank pulley larger than a 7-1/2".

Can someone recommend a source for a larger diameter crank pulley or perhaps someone who can make a larger diameter crank pulley? Currently I am using a two-grove pulley from a non-AC, power steering small block like Bouchillon Performance pulley BPE4012.

Would a currently available smaller dia water pump pulley solve your dilemma

Unfortunately no.

I'm looking at replacing my crank pulley with one larger to provide some additional belt clearance with the driver side portion of the waterpump. This V-belt ties into AC compressor and alt.

I've notice that the belt makes a very slight contact with the side of the waterpump (only at high RPM). Adding a larger diameter crank pully will clearnace the belt out away from the waterpump.

Everything considered, I thought replacing the crank pulley may be the easiest solution if I can get a pulley.
