Grizzly69 OP enthusiast G Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 237 USA	The late '70's B Bodies, Cordoba, Magnum, etc. that came with T-Tops... Did they have any structural bracing under the car ? Was there a reinforcement panel welded to the underside of the roof ? Was the T-Top installation done on the assembly line, or afterwards by an aftermarket installer? Does anyone have any photos they can post of the interior of the roof of one of these T-Top cars without the headliner installed ?

Creative Industries, the same company that did the superbirds and daytonas in the muscle era did the t-tops for those cars. I would assume a similar arrangement with the F, B and J body t-top cars. Doesn't sound like chrysler ever did the t-top jobs themselves.

You can see the front to back reinforcement plate riveted in and the extra cross brace its riveted to, to the rear. 7282003-100_0248.JPG (115 downloads)
