I just got my car fired up and crank the wheel back & forth without it running and I thought I had all the air out, when I turn the wheel
it pushes fluid past the cap?
I have a new saginaw pump, new lines and firm feel stage 3 box

Anybody have any idea's

It leaks Running, I know it is commom for them to leak when not running and turning the wheel. As soon as I turn the wheel from lock to lock with it on the lift , it pushes fluid out of the cap.
