I have an infrared heat gun. When something like this happens, i can use it to test the heat of each header pipe to see what cylinder the miss is in. Helped me to find a broken injector wire on my Daily driver.

A tenth has been my experience in the 1/8th mile with a cylinder down from a plug wire.
