Looking to buy a paper reprint of the 1970 Plymouth factory service manual. Some sellers say 'approx 600 pages' and don't mention 1 or 2 volumes BUT usually show a picture that says "...including 70 1/2 AAR Cuda"...

Other sellers say/show 2 volumes, 1194 or 1200 pages, and show a picture that doesn't mention the AAR Cuda.

The CD-ROM sellers sometimes mention 1200 pages.

QUESTIONS: Is there really a difference to any of these reprints? Which one does somebody own? How many pages? What is in Volume 2?

Most Original factory service information from that era was typically broken up into two manuals, “Body Service” and “Chassis Service” manuals. Separate sets for Dodge and Plymouth(later years included Chrysler) brands, covering all passenger car model lines for each brand. The reprint copy of the 70’ Plymouth "Service" manual I have contains both body and chassis information organized as one and has a notation on the front cover referring to the 70 ˝’ AAR. The table of contents refers to the back of the manual for the AAR info, where an 8 page reprint of TSB #70-25-8, dated 6/12/70, is found listing various unique specs. for the AAR. The total page count is 1193.

The original '70 Plymouth "service manual" is 1 volume. Pages in each section are numbered but the total is not numbered that's why the are listed as "about 1200 pages".
No AAR content, I believe those are reprints from TSBs issued during the model year.
