I just finished installing a line lock, new steel lines and a rebuilt master cylinder on my car and was going to gravity bleed the brakes. I opened up the bleeder screws on the front calipers, but I can not getting anything to come out. Is it possible to gravity bleed with a line lock installed, or do I need to pump the pedal and bleed them that way?

The LL is basically just a open hole till its engaged.Try closing the bleeders and pumping the brakes. Then open them and see if they bleed.Id bleed the entire system just to be safe.Thats what I did when I installed mine.Rocky
