As some already know and the reason i'm not at St Louis MMW mixing it up with the 10.5 guys is my engine.
Long story short...I bought a engine off racing junk with(supposedly)14 passes from a guy in Maryland,built by a well known MOPAR engine builder from up north...I even called and talked to engine builder personally and veryfied everything
My first clue should have been having to rebuild the 1.7 Jesel rockers...
Found no ring seal on dyno..
3 rods had been replaced(not all 8)..
crankshaft had been turned and all over the board..
center main cap replaced and not line honed...
Motor was junk and needed pistons,rods,crank turned,heads worked over,etc,etc..I'm not mad or slamming anyone,but damn these so called MOPAR engine gurus need to get there head out of their [Edited by Moparts - Family Friendly Site - Keep it clean]!!!!
