1971 'Cuda 440 727 auto

I turned the key = nothing.

12 volts at yellow wire to start relay with key turned.

Jumped start rely and engine started right up.

Ran a jumper wire from brown wire on start rely to negative battery post and engine started with key.

I figure open wire from starter relay to neutral safety switch.

Anyone have a picture of where to look before I get out the floor jack and start crawling around under my car?

Thanks

It's easy to find- just look for the only wires coming off the transmission and going back up to the firewall. Im not sure which style you'll have. Did you try starting in N as well as P?

You may just have a linkage adjustment problem.
