The gauge reading is inaccurate and inconsistent. Would run out of fuel with different gauge reading levels. Replaced fuel pump/sending unit and still have the same problem. Dash gauge?? Something else?? TSB's?? Thanks

I hate fuel gauge issues. having to keep fule in it and remember to reset the trip meter and only go "so far" before fill ups.
and never fun or easy to fix. Have you double checked the ground to the plastic fuel tank. i have seen older dodge vans have that problem from the tank ground wire that mounts to the passenger side rear light area.

when i worked for a dealership and did sending unit problems we used to get work returnes all the time as the parts we were getting was cheep made chinese parts and they would fail just from poor quality control,so it wasnt strange to see repeet jobs for the same problem.
