67gtxclone OP member 6 Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 20 louisville ky	hey folks i have a 1967 belvedere i recently had the trans rebuilt but i have a very small leak somwhere in the unit. after sitting overnight there is a small puddle on the garage floor it appears that the leak is coming from around the speedometer cable is there supposed to be some sort of seal on this cable i dont remember one when i disassembled the car thanks for any info

John_Kunkel Too Many Posts Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 26,037 Rio Linda, CA	There is a small lip seal inside the adapter that the cable threads onto, it's possible that your rebuilder didn't replaced it and fluid is leaking into the cable housing.
