I have a 360 with headers the mounting flange is about .250 thick and I keep blowing out gaskets. Any good recommendations?

Copper. Also good to belt sand the flange to ake out any possible warps. The copper gaskets are expensive, but worth it. If you need a set let me know. I have a brand new set of SCE coppers still in package a would sell. $45 plus shipping. BTW I also install them with a bead of high temp silicone around the ports for added blowout protection.

Sorry, you are right, I ordered them last year and needed in a pinch. I had paid rush ordering and it cost me a fortune, I just remembered that with shipping it was over $60, then they did not show up and had to get them from Jegs. Anyway make a good offer and they are yours.

I prefer the Percy's dead soft aluminum myself. I had a problem sealing the headers on the small block in my motorhome,tried evey trick I could think of stacking gaskets,gluing them ,and even the copper embossed gaskets and the only ones that ever fixed it right were the Percy's.
