Has anyone on here ever mini tubbed a B-body? I am thinking about it on my 70 RR but I am concerned about getting the back seat back in the car. Does anyone know if the seat will fit after mini tubbing?

Thanks for the help.
Chris

My '65 Coronet is mini-tubbed and the springs moved in. Full stock interior. 12.5X29 tires with room for more.

69 road runner tubbed, springs moved in Mickey Thompson 29x15x15.5 on the back. no seat issues. i had a body shop make the tubs out of the original inner wheel wells and add 3 inches when i replaced the trunk

That's one of the reasons many people mini tub, you should not have any problem putting it in.

I've done a 70 runner before. Would I do it again? Nope. If your going to cut the car up, might as well fit tubs in where you can keep the back seat. Either way the car is cut up and if you ever want to sell it, it will hurt the value.

Thanks for the info everyone. I have done a dart before just not a B-body. As far as mini tubs instead of full tubs, I would rather have factory looking mini tubs!
