Did all 69 340 engines (Dart) use right angle filter adapters or did they use none or was it a special order?

They all used them. My Dart still has the original dated April '69.

Can you buy the two gaskets separately just for the oil filter adapter?

Mopar Performance has a gasket kit, #P5249320. Here is a pic;

and make sure you use the cast iron adapter, as the aluminum adapters are more prone to leak
