No. Normally A/C recommended tinted glass (G11), but clear glass could be ordered (G21).

There was a third option of tinted windshield only (G15). As mentioned above tinted glass was not required with a/c, however most a/c cars were was usually ordered with all tinted glass (G11).
On non a/c cars the tinted windshield was a common option, and some had all tinted glass, but was not common.
