Up until recently I used teflon but have since switched to the blue vitan rubber items..............

I still use the teflon seals.. I think they're
perfect circle brand

I always preferred Teflon as well, but I've heard alot of positive chatter anout the rubber Vitan, thus this post!

viton here. i think they are better. but everyone here has their preference.

Easy to install ( by hand ), Don't have to worry about cutting them with the valve lock notches upon install. Conform better to worn guides. Actually reuseable. I used to use teflon, but Viton is the way to go these days - IMO.
