I have a friends 67 Barracuda with a 273/904 combo.thinking of upgrading the motor,still a small block, and going to a 727 trans
Will this fit ? or will the hammer have to come out ?

Finally fitted a solid cam,
stepped it up a bit more
3690lbs through the mufflers
New World block 3780lbs 10.278@130.80 . Wowser 10.253@130.24 footbraking from 1500rpm

'67 was the first year for the wider A body. 727 should go in.
