jamesc master J Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 5,875 communist bloc of new jersey	1967-68 440 high performance. if it's original it should have (i believe) 4 pinion planets front and rear, small pin two spring front servo and may have the HD input and output shafts. to identify the HD shafts the input would have a small groove cut in the converter splines and have yellow paint dabs, the output will have darker heat treating and yellow paint dabs on the yoke splines. imho a good core to start with if it's original.
