Co-worker has a red spot on her green Honda from where I'd say a car bumper rubbed up against it, doesn't appear to be dented.

What would be good to remove this w/o dulling the clear?

I'd do the clay bar as mentioned, but surprisingly most times WD-40 will work if the scuff is fresh, WD-40 won't hurt the paint in any way, other than remove the scuffed on paint from the other vehicle, WD-40 is also good for removing overspray paint, if you catch it while it's "fresh"
