dustpan man OP member Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 142 littlestown pa	I got an autometer monster5in and it reads 1000rpm less then the motor i got a orange box u think i might need a tack adapter?

With the orange ecu you should just have the tach going to coil -. If it's reading wrong time for a new tach. You're sure you got the tach on the 8cyl setting?
