The 63 880 my old man had was a 361 2 bbl.The 64 he had had a 383 2 bbl.Rocky

"T" is the year code for 1963, it should be followed by a 36 for a 361 or 38 for a 383. The 361 was the standard engine in the 880. 2-15 is the build date February 15, 1963.

Sometimes they seem to be stamped oddly though. Here's the stamping from a '63 Newport I looked at a while back. I'm guessing it was 361, and the seller thought it was a 440.
Maybe it was a Canadian car, but I'm not sure.
