I need to cut a hole in my 65 Coronet hood for my scoop. The engine is out and I need a measurement from the firewall to the center of the carb. I will be very thankful for any help. Thanks, Jim

Don't do it.

Find another hood or go fibreglass.

I would wait until you put the eng back in the car. You know the eng is not centered on our Mopars as it sits to the passenger side a little bit. Ron

I did this once........by accident. I does help you find the center, which is GREAT...unless you were not looking for the center of your previously dent free hood
