I need the length of a manual b body steering shaft. I'm switching to manual steering and pulled the shaft out of the column. The inner shaft was already broken free from the outer shaft. If you look at the pic you can see where the shaft was originaly set. I also see the 2 holes in the outer shaft, one for the plastic pin for manual length and one for power length. My problem is I can't tell the original length of the shaft since it was already loose. Help...

This pic shows the length I need to extend, about 2-5/8" which I'm guessing is the difference in length between power and manual boxes.
