Does anyone know how tall an original hemi intake manifold is? From the block to the carb base? I'm going to Indianapolis tomorrow to look for a Stage V or maybe one that INDY Cylinder Heads sells with the interchangable lids,,, but, I'm out here already and I didn't measure my original one.

I measured my factory 2x4 and from the top of the front china wall to the base of the front carb is 6-5/8". If you are going with a Stage 5 2x4, I think John Aruzza offers then milled 1/4" so they fit Shaker hood cars.

Thanks. I went with the Indy mod man with 2 fours. I'm curious how much the car will pick up with the new carbs and the intake. I would think a bunch from the original AFB's and original intake.
