By far the least expensive is the 440Source stuff and they look nice - not polished but a very nice matte finish and clear-anodized. They do not use a tensioner so you don't have that huge plate holding all the accessories. The downside is they don't have a pulley that fits their own 1-wire alternator!!

thank you,so i wonder if the pulley would fit my summit bought alternator?by not fit,is it shaft size issue? black finish is actually preferred, not a huge fan of polish and chrome

The issue is the shaft size. There's is made to fit a standard Mopar alternator and their 1-wire alternator has a smaller metric shaft. I just went to a rebuild shop and went through a box of spare pulleys they had until I found one that had the same number of grooves and shaft size - since the unit they sell is a Toyota alternator.

Give Bill at C W Industries a call. He is located at 44384 Reynolds Dr Clinton TWP Michigan. Bill built the custom serpentine belt drive for the 512 in my 69 Bee. He charged me $1800 for the complete setup including the alternator, power steering pump and AC compressor. Tell him Russ O'Neal recommended him.
