I need some information and/or pictures of how the remote hood release cable is properly routed from the dash through firewall/radiator support to the hood latch assembly. I can make a guess but I would like to do it right the first time.

Car is a 1973 Charger. I am guessing this would be the same for 71-74 Chargers/B-bodies?

Ignore the fact my release cable looks wrinkled. I had to repair it.

Holy documentation, Batman! Thanks for the pics...I was thinking aroudn thes elines but when you have the entire interior out of the car for 5 years and you are trying to put everything back together, it helps to know which firewall hole to rpute that sucker through!

What car/year are your pics from? I do not have that shield in you 2nd to last pic and my hood latch support has no provisions for one that I can see...

It's from a 74 RR/Satellite.

They may not use the shield on the Chargers since there is a big tooth in the middle of the bumper to protect it from road debris but the cable is run the same.
