I bought a 5 blade clutch fan years ago for my 69 Road Runner and the shop that is installing it showed me that it won't fit. They have an old 7 blade clutch fan with a shorter shaft on the clutch and it fits fine. I need to find and purchase a new one if I can, does anyone know where I can get one? The part number that is on the clutch of the 7 blade clutch fan with the shorter shaft is 2658456. (FYI - The part number on the 5 blade clutch fan with the longer shaft is 4095704.)

Thanks, Paul

Get the Hayden 1705... closest you will find to the 070 dimensions. It's only about 20 bucks.

..fan clutches operate at 70% of the water pump speed, are heavy
and some engines will heat up at idle
.. flex fans are light and keep the engine cool when idling, but some don't like them.
