FWIW my 71 Road Runner 340/Auto with a build date of 7/17/71 has them.

Yes, it should have them, and on a 340, they should be the same parts as on any 318. 360 cars are not so clean cut. One side of the 360 is the same as 318/340 cars, but the other side (at least by 1974) changed and is very similar, but about 1" longer than 318-340 cars
