Ford had a very similar wheelcover in 15" ('68 Shelby & others) & it appears the stainless part made up the difference.
My brother thought about getting a FoMoCo set & trying to put the Plymouth pot-metal centers in them for his GTX.

Here's a set of 15" Ford on eBay right now. 15" mag wheel covers FoMoCo
