Heavy Duty 6 pack/Hemi springs
I'd go with .096" torsion bars to match the rear. For sway bars I'd go with a matched set front and rear. Don't try to save money on shocks or the new suspension will not perform as well as it could in ride quality and handling.

My car is '67 R/T, 493, 4-speed. I'm using 1" t-bars, MP repro Heavy Duty 6 pack/Hemi springs (same as you), 1-1/8" & 3/4" Addco bars, and Koni shocks all around. Honestly, I wish I'd have gone with stiffer t-bars and rear springs. Love, love, LOVE the Koni shocks, though! I've read that SS springs are a good choice for spirited handling, but that you must get them de-arched. I don't know of anyone locally who does this, and I envisioned installing them, un-installing them, and taking them to the "de-arching shop" multiple times before they were right. Be aware that the Addco front bar might not work with your lower control arms if your car originally came with a front bar. It didn't on my car. The Addco bar doesn't use the factory mounts, and the factory mounts interfere with the Addco bar in some applications. If this is the case on your '68, find out BEFORE you get the bushings pressed in, the arms painted... Jim

I like this reply best. Wonder why so many are afraid to go beyond .96" bars? like how many ever post they went to large of Dia TB? Maybe the KYB's give the TB a bum rap.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
