I cut some spacers, 5/8" long from a few old 1/2" bolts and tacked them to one wheel. Perfect. The hubcap fit like factory.
That is the best idea so far, the full weld bead prevents any rust staining.
I saw a related retrofit on teh Chrysler 300 site wherin a guy welded a 14" rim-ring to a 15" wheel (to use 14" wheelcovers with 15" tires). My concern with that idea is that unless you do 360° of welding to the wheel (which is a lot for a DIY person to do to a wheel), it's gonna bleed rust eventually.

Got 'em painted yesterday and the tires mounted today. Looks like a completely different car from the Prostars.

Both look awesome. Just something about dog dishes I like better than mags.

Very Cool!! Those 10's or 12's? Fronts are 15X5.5 Rears are 15X10. I'm anxious to get the prostars off of my '65 Coronet and get these on. Probably another week or so to get them painted, cleared, and the tires mounted and balanced. Still have to wax the hubcaps after polishing them out, too. Hope that the Coronet will have more of a nostalgic look. That explains it' I was looking at the fronts for reference on the rears & since I assumed 15x7.... See what happens when I assume... That's gonna look Bad Ass.. *BUMP* BTW , how much is your diff narrowed for the rear wheels? thanks *here's hoping*

Best thing is to get the new wheel center that will fit the 10 inch dog dish cap correctly. These wheel centers are 13.25 and will fit a standard Mopar 15 inch steel wheel. Frank Long The Wheel Guy
