Hello All,

2 questions. I just bought an original antenna base and cable that is supposed to be for a 1969 Road Runner. The bezel looks nothing like the one that is on the car which does not mean anything. Can you guys confirm if the bezel is correct; also, is the cable supposed to exit the base at a 90 degree angle? Thank you!

I'm not sure. I've owned a few and never had to change it. Look at the nos one and you should have your answer. IIRC though it does look like it.

Doesn't look like the one on my 69 RR or even my repro one.

Don't think thats a B body antenna bezel, perhaps a C body piece (?). Lotsa folks carry the repros.

You have the wrong bezel. That bezel looks like the one I bought for a 69 Barracuda. The cable has the same ends and will work fine if the cable is long enough. The clamp and antenna base are all the same. I got my bezel from Rooney's Parts and it was perfect down to the part number.

That looks like the same one thats on my '68 Satellite. Bought the car 35 years ago and it was on it then.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I need to reference one of the survivor cars at some of the care shows this year to see what the bezels look like. Thanks again!

Why do you need to look at a survivor? Just reorder the correct one and it should be fine.
