Just went through the same thing. My wife ordered some stuff before Christmas for a present. She Emailed and called with no response for a while she finally got a email stating parts were back ordered. The parts did show up took about a month. On the bright side nice stuff. Tach board and ebody rally dash wood grain. The dash piece is pre bent and fits perfect the only gripe is my old wood grain was much darker and had a heavier wood look. If you stare at it you can see the pixalation (if thats a word) in the wood. Be patient it will get there.

I posted several months about Dash Worx and it must have been pulled. Not sure why, it was all factual. I would not do business with them again. The work was very nice and everything operates properly. They did a full gage restoration for me.
The problem was I was guaranteed a 3 week turn around and it took them 12 weeks. I got a different story every time I called. Eventually they stopped taking my calls. On at least two occasions I was told it was done and ready to be shipped only to find out it was not.
They were very nice on the phone and appologetic but they just couldn't deliver what they said they could.

Same here, had them do my dash cluster. Was quoted 6 weeks. 8 weeks later I gave them a call. I don't think they ever touched it. I did get it back 10 to 12 weeks later. Can't remember for sure.
