I've got to say I respect you for typing that .......Many on this board use Happy Dyno's and when they put their motors into their cars you never hear how they ran because they didn't run the expected number..... plus there are some that race their Happy Dyno's and you never see the motor in a car or an actual dyno sheet.........

I also like the fact that you, unlike a few on here, are willing to at least listen to everyone's recommendations without getting your panties into a wad.....

You were about 1850' DA yesterday.. Also alot of humidity 40% for this time of year..

If you would have been @ Bakersfield you would have been only 800' DA..

I don't post on here much but good to see some of the Moparts members cars out there yesterday. I am part of the starting line crew out there and I run Summit Series and other bracket races out there with my car. Rob is correct, the radial street tire cars really kill the starting line.

We`ll see............the readings were all over the place and the plugs looked clean w/no detination so no concern there and I`ll address the scoop.............

My needle and seats are vitan 120`s and I kept the air cleaner on so I don`t re-hone my new motor if u know what I mean. Later today a friend and me are going to check afr`s out as is then remove the pan and see if it changes and if not, I`m taking off the 6-pack then running it w/just the air cleaner up through the hood and test it again. If I don`t like that, I`m driving my car straight to Unlimited products(I know)and seeing which hood scoop clears my air cleaner and going from there............there just may be a cowl in my future although removing my hood may become a major pain by myself w/nothing to grab on to.
