While installing my Offset spring hangers I decided to upgrade shocks from the Mopar ones to Adjustable Ranchos Looking at the new shocks last nite the dial only turns half way around, that seems like only 5 settings. How do you get to the other 4 settings? is there a detent? Push-in, pull-out on the knob? I've tried both and nothing seems to help. What am I missing, or did i get a defective set??
I'll call the tech line tomorrow but thought I'd ask here first.
thanks.

There should be numbers 1 to say 9 and each turn that you feel engaging is 1. That,s how mine were anyway.

Hi,Gary! The Rancho's you have sound like the 5-way adjustables! They also make 9-way adjustables...which is what I have on the GTX. Happy New Year, buddy!

Yo Randy Happy New Year!
Didn't know they made 5-way's. These are brand new and the Knob has 1 thru 9 on it, but only truns to 5. Do they still make the 5-way or are these NOS???
Guess I'll be calling their tech line tomorrow.

BTW the X is lookin' Good

They definetly have 5 ways as at least 3 people I know have them on their race cars.
I have the 9 ways on mine......and every stocker I know of seems to run them on 7 or 8.

Called their tech line this am and the tech said turn the knob CC and if #5 is at 12 o'clock the knob is installed 180 out remove and reposition it.
If 1/9 is at the top the shock is defective, return them.
Well mine stopped @ 1/9, decided to take it apart and look at it. Cleaned everything up and reinstalled the knob and I now get all 9 settings I guess the valve was a bit sticky, they seem ok now, I'll just have to see how the perform.

Thanks Guys.
