Anyone know who was manufacturing the repro six way seat tracks? I want to contact them to see if can provide replacment parts for original tracks. I'm always getting people contacting me looking for springs and clips for them.

Thanks, Nick.

Good luck Nick, I emailed Mike Ross at B/E & A Restoration Parts, Inc. not long after PG Classics started listing the reproduction six-way tracks on feeBay. I asked if there was any plan to offer the spring clip as a separate item and he said there wasn't. This seemed a little short-sighted to me but I didn't push the issue.

I really don't understand why this wouldn't make sense for them, the darn spring clips are always either broken or missing. I guess it's possible the reproductions don't use the same spring clips... which would explain why they can't be purchased separately. Bummer...

So is it B/E & A that is making them?

They could certainly sell those parts as a lot of people are missing them. Seems like if they were making them for the assemblies it wouldn't be that hard to source more of the individual parts. Of course if like you say they might not be exact replacments that would be a problem.

Mostly the clip that goes on the for/aft aduster wire and the funky spring wire ones. There are also the return springs. Sometimes I've seen the coil spring missing which is very close to the one on window regulators. Anyone else want to make these parts? I could promote them on my six way page, which gets a lot of traffic.

My understanding is Mike is a distributor for PG Classics. PGC is in Canada and is the company that has the reproductions manufactured in China, I think.
