Here is one of my projects during shutdown this year and I知 at a bit of a loss. I知 working on our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. The power lock on the driver痴 side rear sliding door quit working. It still locks and unlocks manually. All of the other doors lock and unlock just not that one door. I知 suspecting that the door lock actuator has simply died.
So last night I pulled off the interior panel and it looks like ALL of the doors cables, latches, power window cables and motor are attaches to one large panel, but no access to the actuator (that I知 now suspecting is part of the rear latch assembly.
Has anyone ever had one of these apart or any Mopar techs on board? Once again I知 guessing that all of the latch assemblies (front and rear) and the cables all come out of the door as a unit attached to this panel. Including the window lift cables, but I知 not sure.
