Is it worth the money spent to use the kits? Anybody have any experience using these kits? was it as easy to use as they claim?

It is not painless, but every wire is clearly labeled. They use butt connectors which could become a potential problem down the road unless you solder the connectors. I did my 68 Charger about 2 years ago and have no problems yet. Wiring harness doesn't include the wipers and you would have to get rid of your bulkhead connector on your firewall. Unless you want to splice into it.

I used ez wiring kit-punch up ez wiring-just as good but lot less than painless.using it in 65 s/wagon-basic gm fuse box-got 21/23 circuits.

ONLY PLUG AND play is the Year One harnesses.

The painless setup is great with a Mopar that has alot of custom stuff, like my 71 Challenger. If your car is stock, I would recommend just getting new stuff from Year One.

I want to up grade wiring to be able to handle one wire alt. We have elec. fan, msd igniton not looking to keep stock look.
