Hello,

been on moparts for about 8 years now. Looking for advice for, as the title says, my brother.
He's the guy that influenced me to become a mopar guy. Many years back in our younger years[early 70's,] he had a few RoadRunners that etched theirselves in my mind. A 1970 now resides in my garage thanks to my older brother.
My question is: he has recently purchased a new RT Challenger and he's looking for more speed out of it. We are both novices when it comes to mechanics. It's obviously a 5.7 with a manual trans. We've heard anything from different computer chips to a different exhaust will improve performance.
My brother has recently become a moparts member, so I'm sure he'll be reading and appreciate any advice you guys can give him. We both live in the Chicago area, and hoping to find someone near Naperville/Chi-town that can hook him up with the added power he seeks...To perhaps run with the "big-dog" RoadRunner parked in my garage....Thanks

Ahhh sibling rivalry, that'll be an interesting competition. No 5.7 exp to contribute but someone here will help him heat it up a bit but w you staying just ahead of him of course
