Whats the easiest way to change the bushings on the linkage? One has came lose so I'm gonna replace them all.

pull the wiper linkage out of the car. as of a few years ago they were still available from the dealer...

Is it under the dash or the cowl outside under the hood. Aint really looked at it good, just happened and its pouring.

cowl outside the car. under the hood there's a black plastic snap in grille on the cowl. pop that off and you can get at it.
