I know all the Chrysler cars had them. Where do I find the rubber bumpers that mount on the frame up above the rear end and why the heck were they there?

Bump stops? They were there in extreme cases where you would bottom out the top of the rear end and the bottom of the(sub) frame. I believe they were also on the front too, but I have no pictures in front of me.

Mine are salvageable so I was hoping for new. By the way, any news Rob on those wheel wells???? I was media blasting the car this weekend. I have sectioned off the garage, bought a blaster, have plenty of media and plenty of compressor. I don't know how long others have taken doing this, but I see about 3 months for a total job. The blaster says it can do a Sq.foot a minute. Well, I was at it for 7 hours and have 5 sq. ft. done. Yeah, it looks good but what the heck. Don't ask, using glass bead, 1/8" nozzle with the regulator set at 80psi and pumping throught at around 45psi continuous for about 25 minutes!! Ever get lost in your own garage????Dust

Jacks Auto Parts shows them for E and B body. I would give them a call and see if they have them for A Body. Mike
