Looks like a rivit with a provision for pivoting or sliding, Window mechanism? , Wiper?, Looks like the rivit for pivot for some hood hinges but size makes it unlikely.

Thanks guys, I figured they were a rivet of some sort. I'm leaning toward window regulator roller pins, as some rollers can't be replaced without drilling out the pins, at least from what I can see looking at my car. I compared them to the door regulator in my Scamp, and the dimensions appear to be close, with the exception of the one oddball on the bottom right. If they are in fact for regulators, I'm assuming they might be for an E-body.
