Why would you want a volumeter for a carb? Are you wanting to measure fuel flow?

Thanks Tom

We/I just call them flow meters... either air or fuel

Are you referring to manometers? They were typically used in the automotive/motorcycle world for syncing multiple carbs...

I have both the Unisyn and the SK. The unisyn is cheaper, but I don't like it, because it's inaccurate. I Don't use the Uni-syn at all except in cases where space is restricted in front of the carb. My advice would be to get the SK-type: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dellorto-Weber-s...=item3cbd201b93Here's the unisyn. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-356-Merc...=item19cb9ea438There are some other types, but I don't have experience with those. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Carbtune-Carbure...=item43a2454398http://www.ebay.com/itm/CARB-CARBURETTOR...=item53e2caab4dhttp://www.ebay.com/itm/Carb-Balancer-Ca...=item2a1570f14a

Used these on my kids 240z with triple webers...What a difference. You think you have it all nice and happy then you use the meter and get them synced and you turn it into a beast! Good Luck! Found mine on Ebay with the adapters to fit the carb.
Exactly, I used the uni syn on several injected BB. The sound of a finely tunned BB is beautiful music. I almost always quailified #1 at every race I went to. One year I was #1 at every race the whole year and even won. Having all 8 butterflys syn together made for evenly heated spark plugs and a animal for a engine. The Uni syn worked great for me, I don't see how it's not accurate because it's used to compare. Pictures are from around 1992 and this car went 4.91 it's first pass at a Spitzer super quick race making me the 11th member of the 4 second club at this race.

If you're trying to balance multiple carbs there's a device called the Uni-Syn.
I used a uni-syn (and still have it) when I had the Oz Charger with the 45DCOE Webers..
Still have a complete OzHemi 6 pack setup sitting in the garage for when I eventually build another Aussie Valiant, so will break out the uni-syn again some day..
