Here we have random alcohol / drug tests at the track, usually mornings.
Repeat offenders run the risk of a lifetime ban.

Illegal drug's have no place at the race track,,,,period, a couple of beer's after the race is ok, but to get slobbering drunk is a bit ridiculous,,all of this from a former boozer thats been there.

Mr P some would not even consider that being true, the newer version is to give one drugs to mellow them out and then take them away...at one point I slept 3 hours in X amount of days on 1/3 the norm dose. Gotta love the us gov. Now about the org. post....mixed thoughts. No one here is gonna stop it, no one here is gonna change it. Lets just hope that the people who do have enough sense to know whats too much or too far...no im not saying its ok, just saying here again no one here is going to stop it. Really with all the slack track crews and the burned down cars due to the slack tracks I really think other areas need attention before this does. Havent heard too many drunken/stoned related wrecks or burndowns recently, unless the track crews are drinkin and smokin... Quote:

I agree as I was in the same boat.Quit drinking in 1986 and have not missed it at all.

Poly, I love your posts, BUT, how long will the amphetamines last… I don't want to dependent on anything, especially with my life counting on it...

Drugs are a crutch for weak minded people, anyone thinks they need to get a buzz going to be his or her best is a true looser.I challenge anyone to a beer drinking contest when it comes to that I AM THE BEST.I will also say THERE IS NO PLACE DRUGS AND ALCOHOL BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A RACE CAR.Party in the pits after you are done all you want but to put other peoples lives at risk because you think it makes you better is the statement of a true WEAK MINDED A$$HOLE!I hate drugs and the people who do them, It cost me allot of money, (police,rehab centers,dea,crime in general)I could be spending it on go fast parts but instead My tax money goes to complete losers on welfare getting high and being worthless in general.
Line up against me under the influence and I find out about it during or after and you will wish you didn't.
