Yep its 9 am and ive had 14 beers already NOT!.....no I just find some of the replies pathetic and so far off the scope of the real world problems and issues. Again, I ask how many cars have wrecked or burnt to the ground this past year because the driver was drinking or high???? Can you tell me???? Was the old guy who split himself in half with his blue cuda on the street shown to be drunk or high???? What about all the old old farts on serious meds for serious issues....some normal accidents are medical related, that can happen just as easy on the track with almost anyone. Like I said I dont support it, I dont do it, but its funny to see what the pc world types and what the real world is like in contrast. And remember, tomorrow give the required 10% for your sins so most can start the week with a clean plate.... Oh maybe this is the place that gets the 10%.

You don't think drugs are a real world problem? Also I never said anything about beating any one persons A$$,I am a little smarter than that.Sounds like you are on drugs the way you wrote reply.Do you always look past issues that don't effect you?Also you think that drugs don't cost you money even if you don't do them?Its hard to read and understand your post,its like you tried to quote me but forgot what I said.I guess I also should have said I don't want to line up against someone as stupid as quick77rt either but I didn't know someone like you existed till just now.Its pretty clear you don't really race and if you do your stuff is worthless junk if you don't care about this issue.

Alcholol and Cannabis, I think, are a depressant  Why would you want to depress your mind, especially when racing. Have any of you guys defendiing the use of both ever been scammed by a dude in the bar with the twenty dollar bill drop deal? This is when a guy you don't know waits until you've had several beers or drinks(or a joint) and challeges you to a reaction time test involing a twenty dollar bill bet, or a drink bet or what ever he can con you into betting? if not where do you drink or smoke at  I'll come by and school you, for the right price    BTW, any time I see the use of alcholol or drugs used at the track by a racer I turn them in and make sure they know who did it  We can stop it

Interesting post. I have no problem admitting i smoke a little pot once in a while, and have for the better part of 40 years. I am a vet, have never drawn a day of unemployment in my life, and own a sucessful business. That all said, would i ever consider getting in a race car under the influence of anything, absolutely not. I think that would be a stupid thing to do. The way people on this thread have " judged" everybody cracks me up. I know i am far from perfect, and have no problem admitting it, but i highly doubt anybody on this thread is perfect. Like anything else, there is a time and place for most everything, but the track isnt the right place to be under the influence of anything
