StrokerAspen top fuel Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 1,600 Alberta Canada	My last belt was a camlock. I liked it. But the latch one is cheaper, and our race season is only 4 months long. Its a really pain to have to change belts, I usually don't get more than 20-30 runs on a belt. It would be nice if a track was closer. ANYWAY, My vote is for the cam lock. -Kenny

I have to replace mine,too...They are the last thing that I will get just before the season opens..You can squeeze 2 1/2 years out that way! Also don't forget that you will need at least a Snell 2005 helmet,too! Need your rear end checked out? Contact Grizzly!!

Never could get used to them either even though I drove that thing for 2 years. '74 W200 Crew Cab 360, NV4500, D44, D60 and NP205 divorced transfer case. Rear disc and hydroboost conversion. 2019 1500 Long Horn Crew Cab 4WD, 5.7 Hemi.

The only belts I would bother shipping for recert would be the more expensive ones, including cam lock. I just sent my RCI "Platinum" belts back for recert/webbing. These cost about the same as other belts, but they give you a coupon for a one-time free recert. Now they charge you $20 return shipping, and it cost me almost that much to ship them to RCI, so it didn't save much over new ones ($65).

My condition is fully BLOWN!!
