On a Milodon 7Q drain oil drain plug? 1/2-20 in.

Not that Poor Fit Nylon gasket?

That metal impregnated fiber type that's used for ex gaskets works for me with some gasket cement

I had 2 different size nylon ones in my fel-pro full gasket set

you can get a tighter fitting one at Napa

you could even try a soft copper oil plug washer

have you checked with milodon?

Use a soft copper washer you can get them at any of the fashion performance suppliers like vatozone , advanced or pep boys ...
